The Israeli link to the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) Asiasoft (Singapore) Pte Ltd (ASC), a Singapore based company that has been hired to help the local police which is in the process of computerising its operations.
The original article published on Malaysia Today can be viewed by clicking on the following link: http://www.malaysia-today.net/2008/content/view/9298/1/ Malaysia Today the highly explosive and extremely popular website run by Raja Petra Kamaruddin revealed on Friday 27th April that Malaysia’s police security system is being built by a company linked to Israeli businessmen. Dealing with Israel even by a twist or through intermediaries is extremely prohibited in Malaysia, a Muslim country that does not have diplomatic relationship with Israel. The revelation will affect the credibility of the Abdullah Ahmad Badawi regime which is already facing a host of accusations by its adversaries. Backed by detailed information on which companies are involved in the contract, Malaysia Today’s latest attack on the government of Abdullah Badawi is a scoop worthy of a Pulitzer Prize. The Israeli link to the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) Asiasoft (Singapore) Pte Ltd (ASC), a Singapore based company that has been hired to help the local police which is in the process of computerising its operations. As reported by Malaysia Today, this operation is to help the police to be better-equipped to solve and reduce serious crimes. Malaysia Today’s editor added that the serious crimes could implicitly mean “Bloggers slandering the Deputy Prime Minister’s wife and whatnot,” referring to the case of a murdered Mongolian. Malaysia Today furnished a two page chart that shows he computerisation program entails various phases of development. Asiasoft Singapore is a partner to Asiasoft Global Pte Ltd (ASG) which has been acquired by Top Image Systems Ltd, a leading innovator of data capture solutions. Asiasoft is a leading developer and distributor of document capture, content management and shared services software solutions throughout China and Asia Pacific. In the first half of the year, ASG generated revenues in excess of US$4 million primarily in China. Malaysians are not allowed to visit Israel which is one destination that is banned for Malaysian passport holders. It is even written that travel to Israel is prohibited in the Malaysian passport. Dealing with Jewish firms is also prohibited as well as the visit to Malaysia by Israelis or Jewish personalities. There are however many foreigners of Jewish faith living in Malaysia using American or European and even South African passports. Israel does not have any official representations in Malaysia but it is known that its diplomatic representative is the Switzerland Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, which also acts as a commercial representative to the Zionist state. The Malaysian authorities will have a very hard time to prove that the Malaysia Today report is unfounded since the companies mentioned in the deal with Asiasoft Singapore are Malaysian and they seem to have been contracted by the Malaysian police for the security upgrading job. According to Malaysia Today, Toh Kian Hong, the Singaporean Director of Asiasoft (M) Sdn Bhd, is also a Director of Asiasoft (S) Pte Ltd. The other Directors are Izhak David Nakar (Israeli), Ido Schechter (Israeli) and Shoshani Eliahou Moshe (Israeli with Singapore PR). The company is wholly-owned by Asiasoft Global Pte Ltd. The directors of Asiasoft Global are Toh Kian Hong (Singapore citizen), Izhak David Nakar (Israeli) and Ido Schechter (Israeli). The shareholders are Toh and Top Image System Limited (Israel). Izhak David Nakar served in the Israel Air Force and developed the intelligence system for the Israeli Defense Force. Ido Schechter is a captain in the Israeli Air Force. They are both behind PDRM’s computerisation program reports Malaysia Today. Top Image Systems Ltd’s (TIS) acquisition of Asiasoft Global Pte. Ltd (it acquired 51% of its share capital) means the company is an Israeli owned company and should have been banned from entering into a contract with any local Malaysian companies. More or less it not has the right to deal with issues regarding the security system used by the Malaysian police. Malaysia’s entire foreign policy, based on the economic benefit of the country, has been an embarrassment to the Muslim nation since the days of Tun Mahathir Mohamad, who incidentally is yet to comment on the latest bombshell by Malaysia Today. TIS acquired ASG in 2007 and this was said to be in line with the company’s business goals to become a global document capture market leader, and achieve a revenue run-rate of over US30 million in 2007 alone. It is apparent that its revenues may have been boosted by its deals with the Malaysian companies. TIS total price for the initial 51% of ASG is approximately $1.8 million. TIS retain the option to purchase the balance based on the ASG's performance, for up to about $2 million. Asiasoft has over 300 customers and 150 employees across China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia and provides TIS with a comprehensive and established infrastructure in the region. It positions TIS as one of the strongest players in the region, by extending its solution sales offering, providing a complete imaging platform. Top Image Systems intends to use its new base in Asia for aggressive cross-selling activity as well as expansion into new territories.

A gold mania could happen.
Here's why... Gold manias begin when investors flee real estate, currencies, bonds, and stocks because their prospects are so bleak. We're close to that right now.

Another example of American criminality
LAHORE, Pakistan — When Muhammad Saad Iqbal arrived home here in August after more than six years in American custody, including five at the military prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, he had difficulty walking, his left ear was severely infected, and he was dependent on a cocktail of antibiotics and antidepressants.
