In an effort to encourage children to fast and give them a hint of the benefits they can obtain here on earth and what they will get in the hereafter too, we want you, readers to send us what you think is your best pictures for this Ramadhan month. A sample photo is published here. Readers can see the solace and beauty in this photo from the Philippines!
The pictures must be about children, praying or breaking fast and even at school restraining themselves from the temptations of playing and running around or eating. The pictures must be taken by the entrants to the ‘competition’ we may call it. They may also be taken by a third person but credit should go to the third person, hence the photographers name and email (if possible) should be sent to us together with the picture. The pictures may also depict children praying or reciting the Holy Al-Quraan and so on. The best pictures for the month of Ramadhan will be given a prize. Every pictures selected by the editorial team will be published on the site as soon as a decision is made on them. Pictures may be published on a daily or weekly basis. The best picture published weekly will get Rm50 as prize. Remember, we want pictures of children who are fasting and these pictures may come from anywhere on earth. So scramble with your camera’s and send us the best pictures that you think dignifies a fasting children and stand a great chance to win some great prizes. Details of the prizes will be announced here this week.
